COVID-19  PRECAUTION

 

Due to the widespread increase of COVID 19, your Board instituted policies in Spring 2020 to keep everyone safe from contracting this virus in the condo.  And with your help, we have been successful!

 

Keeping everyone healthy at CB is a Board priority.  Face Masks is required for unvaccinated individuals in the elevators and lobby until further notice.

 

We encourage everyone to be tested asap if you do not feel well.
