IMPORTANT RULES

General Rules​

• Use extreme Caution when using garbage disposal, flush completely with water. When leaving your unit to go home or on vacation, throw all leftover food in trash bags, not down garbage disposal.

• Obtain permission to park your 2nd car in the garage from an owner and email or fax to the office.

• No bathing suits in social room or fitness rooms.                                                                   Cover-up and shoes must be worn in lobby.

• Do Not enter or exit to pool through social room.

• Everyone must sign in at the office upon arrival.

• A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve the social room.

• Owners are responsible for their guests and renters.

 

CB will use their cameras to enforce the following rules. Fines will be charged to the Owner for actions of their Guests and Renters. In many cases these abuses have cost CB financially to have fixed and / or are annoying to other residents who are in residence.

Pool & Spa Rules                                                                                                  

 

• RINSE OFF SUNTAN LOTIONS BEFORE ENTERING POOL/SPA                                        Lotions/oils clog the filters, shutting down the water flow, causing pool/spa heater to shut off. Then we have a cold pool/spa. Once cleaned, the pool water heats up approximately one degree per hour.

• NO CELL PHONE USE; NO FOOD or GLASS of any kind are permitted at the pool/spa or sundeck area.                                                                                                                               We have a screened in area available for eating. Texting is allowed. Please use screened in area or walkway to beach to talk on the phone.

 

• DO NOT SAVE CHAIRS AT POOL & DECK for hours at a time when not in use.

 

• RADIOS ARE NOT PERMITTED at pool/spa or sundeck area. Use headsets.

 

• SAND - When coming from the beach, sand must be rinsed off thoroughly before entering the pool/spa. Specialists have to be called to remove. Sand can permanently  cause damage to our filter system.

 

                                                                                                                                                           Not following these regulations will result in a fine!
